Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern orders and quote requests placed through zenvisions.work (the "Site"), operated by Zenvisions OÜ, registry code 17539536, registered in Estonia ("Zenvisions", "we", "us"). By submitting an order or quote request, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Zenvisions provides design services, including but not limited to web design, logo & brand identity design, and print design, sold directly through fixed-price packages listed on the Site or via custom quotes ("Services").
2. Placing an order
Orders are placed by submitting the order form on the Site with accurate contact and project details. Submitting the form is a request to order, not a binding contract. A contract is formed once we confirm the scope of work in writing (by email) and, where applicable, receive payment of the invoice or deposit.
3. Pricing & payment
- Prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€) and are fixed for the scope described, unless a custom quote is agreed separately.
- An official invoice is issued by Zenvisions OÜ after scope confirmation. Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice, typically before or upon delivery, or as a deposit plus balance for larger projects.
- Work will not commence, or final files will not be released, until payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received in full.
- Any additional work beyond the agreed scope (extra pages, extra revision rounds, additional concepts, etc.) will be quoted and invoiced separately.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds, listed on the pricing section of the Site or in the custom quote. Additional revision rounds can be purchased separately upon request.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are listed per package and begin once we have received all necessary materials, information and/or payment from the Client. Delays in providing feedback, content or approvals may extend delivery timelines accordingly.
6. Client responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos, etc.) needed to complete the project, and for ensuring they have the right to use any materials supplied to Zenvisions.
7. Intellectual property & ownership
- Full ownership of final approved deliverables (e.g. final logo files, final website, final print files) transfers to the Client upon full payment.
- Until full payment is received, all rights remain with Zenvisions OÜ.
- Zenvisions retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.
- Third-party assets used in a project (such as licensed stock photography, fonts or plugins) remain subject to their own licence terms.
8. Cancellations & refunds
- The Client may request cancellation before work has begun for a full refund of any amount paid.
- Once design work has started, payments already made are non-refundable for the portion of work completed, but Zenvisions will deliver work-in-progress files corresponding to the payment made.
- Zenvisions reserves the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. due to unclear scope, unresponsive communication, or unlawful content) with a refund of any unearned amount paid.
9. Limitation of liability
Zenvisions provides design services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, traffic or conversions) resulting from the delivered designs. To the extent permitted by law, Zenvisions' total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant order.
10. Communication
All order-related communication is conducted primarily by email. It is the Client's responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address and to respond within a reasonable time to keep the project on schedule.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
