Zenvisions OÜ ("Zenvisions", "we", "us", "our"), registry code 17539536, registered in Estonia, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through zenvisions.work (the "Site"), why we collect it, and how it is handled, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you actively provide to us, plus limited technical data needed to run the Site:
- Order / quote request form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), service category, package/project details, budget range, and any message or brief you write.
- Email correspondence: any information you share with us by email once we're in contact.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected via cookies/analytics if you accept non-essential cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not knowingly collect payment card details on this Site — invoicing and payment are handled separately by email/bank transfer or an external payment provider.

4. How long we keep your data
Order and enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to complete the project and handle any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. Estonian accounting law requires invoices/accounting documents to be kept for 7 years). You may ask us to delete your data earlier where no legal retention obligation applies.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers that host our website, database and email (acting as processors under our instructions), currently including infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare.
- Our accountant or bookkeeping provider, where necessary to issue invoices.
- Authorities, where required by law.
6. Where your data is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secure database associated with this Site. Depending on the hosting provider, servers may be located within or outside the European Economic Area (EEA); where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on providers offering appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention duties;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.
